Office Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Snelling Professional Services, one of the oldest and most experienced recruiting firms in Tennessee, is looking for an energetic, personable, and outgoing Office Manager to join our award-winning team.

The Office Manager will:
–    Assist sales representatives with processes and procedures
–    Answer incoming phone calls and greet walk-ins in a friendly and professional manner
–    Draft sales contracts and supporting procedure documents
–    Track and process sales reports daily
–    Manage and update business Social Media
–    Troubleshoot minor computer and IT issues in the office
–    General clerical and support of franchise owner and all sales representatives.

The Ideal Office Manager will have:
–    High School Diploma, College preferred
–    Energetic, professional, friendly, easy-going personality
–    2+ year experience in office customer service setting
–    Extremely strong organization and prioritization skills, able to adapt to changing environment
–    Very proficient in Microsoft Office 365; Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive & SharePoint
–    Must be able to learn new software quickly and easily, and be familiar with Microsoft Windows Pro 7 & 10

The Office Manager will receive:
