Snelling is hiring for multiple Legal Assistants in Knoxville, TN.  My firms are looking for the following background:

  • 2 + years background in Medical Malpractice experience with strong litigation
  • 2+ years Insurance Defense & litigation
  • 2+ years in Real Estate and or Title companies
  • 2+ years in General Practice office


Legal Assistant will be:

  • Working closely with attorney’s   
  • Will be very proficient in typing and paying attention to detail
  • Assisting in obtaining, maintaining & summarizing all client data
  • Handle large dictation with minimal errors, correspondences, pleadings, discovery and responses 
  • Handle travel arrangements and occasionally incoming clients/opposing counsel
  • Schedule meetings, depositions, mediations, & court reporting
  • File maintenance
  • Coordinate attorney’s schedule and calendar 
  • Billing of hours


Legal Assistant will have:

  • Excellent computer skills & typing skills with no errors
  • Able to work with one of the firms highest producing attorney’s and their team
  • Professional presentation & attitude (excellent grammar and professional attire)
  • Able to work with little direction and pays close attention to detail & dependable with strong work ethic is a must
  • Must be organized and detailed
