Robotic Manufacturing Technician                     

Charlotte, NC    Annual with Hourly and Overtime $65,000-85,000+

A world leading OEM of robotic machinery is hiring for an Industrial Robotic Technician to optimize machinery function for manufacturing and warehouse facilities with expert commissioning and maintenance experience. The Industrial Robotic Technician will be a key team member in integrating, modifying, and optimizing machinery and PLCs with great attention to detail in order to achieve company goals with quality and manufacturing customer satisfaction.

The Industrial Robotic Technician will excel with:

  • Ensuring optimal conformance of custom engineered industrial robotic machinery for manufacturing and warehousing facilities
  • Performing machine inspection and repair as needed
  • Programming PLCs/HMIs
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with senior management on project statuses

The Industrial Robotic Technician will have:

  • AS Engineering Technologies or related degree preferred
  • 2-5+ years experience with PLCs/HMIs and electro-mechanical robotic integration (hydraulics, pneumatics, control systems)
  • Allen Bradley and/or FANUC PLC experience given preference
  • Experience with multi-machine commissioning and repair projects highly preferred
  • Ability to travel heavily (up to 90% within the South East)

The Industrial Robotic Technician will be rewarded with:

  • $25-28/hour +OT (ave 10-15 hours a week in time and 1/2 paid travel overtime)  Annual with Hourly and Overtime $65,000-85,000+
  • Per diem
